물리적인 공간이나 어찌할 수 없는 어렵거나 힘든 상황에 갇혔서 꼼짝 못할 때 사용.
※ I don't mean to be late, but I’m stuck in traffic.
늦을 생각 없는데, 교통 체증에 갇혀있어.
* traffic jam, bumper to bumper보다 더 자연스러운 표현.
※ The elevator broke down and I was stuck in it for three hours.
엘리베이터가 고장나서 그 안에서 3시간이나 갇혀있었어.
Usually, new blogs are stuck in a "sandbox" where Google ignores them for months.
신생 블로그들은 대개 구글이 무시하는 "샌드박스"에 수개월 동안 막히게 된다.
stuck on
특정 문제/질문나 특정 지점에 막혔을 때 사용한다.
